Again and again it is said, do this and do that to become healthy, stay young, vital and full of strength, athletic, slim and attractive.
We have been told this for years and decades.
People who do ice baths, make coffee enemas, salt their drinking water, swallow collagen, drink oil, hold cocoa ceremonies, water fasting, interval fasting, general fasting, keto diets, mixing their celery with water, taking protein powder, drinking the mixtures of dietary supplements or adding them to their smoothie…..
Have you ever noticed what all these people have in common?
As a rule, they are young, attractive, healthy and bursting with never-ending energy. They do NOT suffer from chronic diseases, struggle with pain or are restricted in their lives by their symptoms.
Health trends are shit, especially if you are chronically ill or struggling with Ernsthafen health problems. The poisons in your body continue to accumulate from trend to trend, the pathogens multiply and your body goes to its knees.
As Anthony says so beautifully, you can only play the game with constantly changing health trends if you have enough health reserves.
If you are sick, your symptoms and illnesses prevent you from living a free life, then every health trend means new hope for you. It happened to me the same way, as a chronically ill patient too!!!
I myself, as a chronic patient, have tried almost every trend of health suggested, always with the great hope of finally having found the key to my health and every time after a certain period of time I have wondered why these trends apparently work for everyone, but me.
Thanks to the valuable and enlightening information from @medicalmedium , I was already allowed to let go of many diseases and painful symptoms on my healing path and have experienced it myself as an alternative practitioner and seen that health trends are bad for apparently healthy people and fatal for chronically ill people !!!
